My work: Working for the General Personnel Division, I mainly take charge of enforcing work discipline, strictly managing the employees’ attendance according to the company system, formulating the monthly attendance summary by fulfilling my duty, entering the information into the newcomer attendance system, summarizing various personnel management systems according to the instructions, and further improving various rules, regulations and related documents of the company.

2. My rewards: Where there is a will there is a way. Transforming from a student into a worker, I will fulfill my duty and assume my responsivity. During personnel work, I have profoundly comprehended the document spirit and meeting spirit, and realized the integration of knowledge and action. Everyone is responsible for the development of the company. Expectation means hope. I expect to join hands with diligence, fight shoulder to shoulder with the company, and retain success with sweat.

I joined the big family of Katsushiro in December 2009. It was quite difficult for a girl to enter a foreign company ten years ago. I still remember that I attended the interview with a large pile of certificates. Maybe my confidence and enthusiasm in self-introduction infected the company leaders, and they gave me a job opportunity finally. I applied for the post of paint operator in the beginning, but I engaged in wire organizing for the painting workshop after entering the company. I positively participated in various activities held by the company, and won the first prize in the QC Presentation Contest. Owing to such participation, I not only gained a deep understanding about QC, but also reflected my value in a new field. Later, CAM of the company recruited new personnel, and I applied actively. Ultimately, I got this interesting job smoothly. Through deep learning in this job, I have become more informed of the product development process from nothing, and witnessed the miracle of cutting each steel plate into components.

2. My reward

The company has provided me with many working and learning opportunities, to make me grow. I joined the energetic team of Business Planning Division in 2020, and my major duty is to take charge of Komatsu’s business. I have felt a heavier responsibility since I took over the client, as I deeply understand that my work is the dialog window between the company and client. Any fault in my work might cause losses or harmful effect to the company and client, so I must take it seriously. Though I’m not quite skilled at the business now, I still believe everything will be better as long as I try hard. I also hope to extend my deep gratefulness to the company for giving me a learning and growing opportunity!

1. I often take my child outside to play during free days, so as to make my child get close to nature and to enhance our parent-child relationship.
